Cobalt Rescue provides rescue and medical cover at motorsport events — rallies, hill climbs and off-road trials — where a crew must reach a crashed car across rough ground and stabilise and carry the driver. Their Defender, K189 JRR, is a 1992-registered 127-inch Land Rover with a Marshall-type box ambulance body, photographed by ukemergency.co.uk on show: white with an orange bonnet and cab-roof front, the spare tyre on the bonnet under a bar of four spot lamps, a winch bumper, blue and yellow stripes along the cab and box, MOTORSPORT RESCUE AMBULANCE and COBALT RESCUE lettering on the box sides, an AMBULANCE light bar on the box front and the web address of All Drive Classic 4x4, who look after the vehicle, on the bonnet sides.

The registry's model is built from the Wolf ambulance body in Cobalt Rescue livery with the orange bonnet, spare, spot lamps, winch, stripes, lettering and light bar; in the game it carries the blue-light boost and winch pickups.
