Description
Three-unit rotary gang mower carried on the back of the Land Rover and shaft-driven from the rear PTO: a 6 ft centre deck with hinged 4 ft wing units giving 6, 10 or 14 ft of cut, covering 8 acres an hour at 5 mph. Built for grassland reclamation, it clears thorn, bramble and tussocks with cutting height set between 1 and 6 in (3-9 in on the centre unit).

Rarity. Estate and racecourse gang mower from a 1958 approved-implement leaflet; Hayter tractor-drawn 6/14s survive but no Land Rover-mounted set was found for sale in this research.
